The University of Dundee has a growing collection of books, manuscripts, photographs and other materials, including the archives of Canongate Books and papers from Publishing Scotland.
We’re also situated a little over an hour away from the National Library of Scotland in Edinburgh, one of the largest research libraries in Europe.
We have a continuing collaboration with the Scottish Poetry Library in Edinburgh. They hosted an exhibition of the AHRC-funded “Poetry Beyond Text” project and together we ran a project called “The Archive of Reading” (also AHRC funded). With Trinity College Dublin and Queen’s University Belfast we have established a research network on the Scottish and Irish Book Trade.
We continue to have a great deal of success with competitive research funding awards, particularly in Scottish History and book history.
We are delighted to work with the following partners.
